The college is both a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee and a Board of Governors bring a variety of skills and expertise supporting the senior management team in the development of the strategy of the organisation and its operation.
The Senior Management Team oversee the strategic and operational direction of their departments and contribute to the overall strategic planning process of the college.
The staff team is made up of a variety of disciplines including tutors; residential care workers and other specialist support staff who provide health related services to our learners. There are also central support services for example catering; estates; transport; finance; fundraising and HR that support those who support the learners.
