You can scour the whole region in search of a warm, well-maintained swimming pool for your group activity. But few, if any, will match the superb resource available for hire at the Star College.
For our students, the pool is an essential hydrotherapy treatment facility at 32C. For you, it could be a base for your club’s one-off training session, a birthday swim-party, or even a venue for a regular aqua-robics class. The possibilities are endless.
And not only can you hire an excellent, warm-water pool – you’ll also have the benefit of brand new village-style changing rooms, equipped with showers and hairdryers, lockers and individual changing cubicles.
Need even more reasons to visit? Well, parking is absolutely free on-site, there are vending machines and a snack bar for your use, and – as you would expect – the pool has full disabled access and facilities. We can even find a life-guard for you!
Our pool measures 16m by 10m, with a shallow end at 0.9m , and the deep end at 1.4m
