The College has an on-going commitment to improving facilities at the College – both for our students, and to create the best possible working environment for our staff.

We have a strong emphasis on training and development, with all staff having a strong induction programme and follow-up training. The whole college comes together in our September Training Week and plans for the forthcoming year are discussed, views sought, and training delivered.

The college is an accredited NVQ Centre, and offers an NVQ programme for staff working in the residential side of the College.

We offer a challenging and rewarding environment in which to work, and hold a range of quality awards such as Investors in people, Investors in Student Careers, Two Ticks, and Beacon Award for Leadership
